Location: Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about products or services, and assist customers with order placement and inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Experience:

  • Less than 1 year of professional experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with remote customer support tools is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
